The sales person from Ross Recreation was very helpful with the design, layout, and construction of our playground area. He truly listened and took the time to understand our vision and see it through to a reality. Our community loves the new playground and we’re grateful to Ross Recreation for helping to make it happen!

Our project had some funding constraints, which resulted in many redesigns and
delays. He dealt with all of these obstacles with patience and helpful suggestions that showed he
knew his job well and cared about the end product. He even came out to the site after the project
was complete to show me the nuts and bolts of maintenance and to make sure the installation
was done to his satisfaction.

They are in on every step of the planning and meetings with the school officials or pastors. There are no loose ends, every single facet of the entire procedure is wrapped up tight and tied with a ribbon. On occasion, when his time permits, he was even in the trenches with his trusty shovel on the day(s) of construction!
