Inspired by nature, Guerneville Elementary wanted to tie in the beauty that surrounds them. Guerneville is nestled between the Russian River and towering Redwoods. Along with the bright colors chosen for the play structure, the rubberized surfacing encourages creative and imaginative play that only being outdoors can provide.
Details
The Landscape Structures PlayBooster design was aimed for the 2-5 age group. It promotes upper body strength, balance and coordination for young developing bodies. The Cozy Dome allows for a place to stimulate creativity, as well as a safe place to escape for some downtime. The highly custom and colorful surfacing creates a space that is unlike anything else, yet ties in the familiarities of the surrounding natural environment. The children and community are enjoying the new play equipment and life it has brought to the school.
