Rooftop installations, while still relatively rare, are occurring with increasing frequency, particularly in the built-out Bay Area where recreation space is at a premium. Over the past three decades, Ross Recreation has performed dozens of rooftop installations.

Details

The new Rincon Green apartment project in San Francisco’s vibrant South of Market (SOMA) neighborhood was designed by David Baker + Partners Architects with a focus on sustainability. Because of the roof top location of the play area, Ross Recreation worked closely with the Emerald Fund property management team during the design phase of the new playground and its construction, having to create unique solutions for the roof top application.
