Cook Family Park

As one of Tigard’s most beloved and historic community parks, Cook Family Park offers a welcoming destination for families to gather, explore, and enjoy the outdoors. With its expansive recreational spaces and natural surroundings, the park has long been a favorite gathering place for the community. The new inclusive playground builds on that tradition, creating opportunities for children of all ages and abilities to play, connect, and discover.

Ross Recreation helped bring this engaging play environment to life with custom playground equipment and solutions from Landscape Structures, thoughtfully designed to encourage exploration, imagination, and active play. The play area also features ForeverLawn® synthetic turf, providing a consistently accessible and durable play surface that complements the play environment.

Blending innovative play features with the park’s established character, the improvements enhance Cook Family Park as a vibrant community destination where children and families can create lasting memories through play and community.
