Lamorinda All Access Playground

Lamorinda All Access Playground in Moraga, CA is a testament to community collaboration and inclusive design. Spearheaded by the Town of Moraga, this playground was brought to life through the support of over 40 volunteers who helped assemble the play equipment and pour the colorful, accessible PIP rubber surfacing from Surface America.The play area serves children ages 5–12 and features over a dozen inclusive elements including swings, slides, musical components like Rhapsody drums, chimes, and metallophones, as well as a Wesaw- an inclusive seesaw designed for all users. Every feature was selected with accessibility in mind, ensuring all children can play, explore, and connect together.
