At the heart of the design are ForeverLawn Play Mounds, turning the entire surface into an immersive, multi-sensory landscape where children can slide, roll, climb, and explore. Nature-inspired climbers offer age-appropriate challenges that build confidence and encourage cooperative play. With support from Too Small to Fail, the playground also includes sensory play panels that spark curiosity, support early language development, and promote interaction between children and caregivers. A communication sign provides visual vocabulary to help all children express their needs and connect with others.The We-Go-Round™ spinner invites children and caregivers of all abilities to join the fun, while a variety of swings—including a friendship swing—offer essential vestibular input and opportunities for self-regulation. A rollerslide adds rich tactile and vestibular feedback and allows kids to slide alongside their peers.Designed in collaboration with a special education preschool teacher, this playground thoughtfully supports young learners and stands as a best-in-class inclusive space that fosters exploration, social connection, and meaningful play for every child.
